Amber Senteno

Amber Senteno currently serves as the Chief Technology Business Officer at City of Hope since March 2025. Prior to this role, Amber was with Optum from February 2006 to April 2025, where responsibilities included Vice President - CIO Strategy & Operations, overseeing a significant technology transformation for a $22B healthcare company, and managing a large team. Previous positions at Optum encompassed Chief Information Officer, leading technology for regional care delivery to 250K members, and Senior Director - Enterprise IT Planning & Business Systems Analysis, where Amber directed the integration of acquisitions and ensured alignment of tactical plans with strategic objectives. Education includes an Advanced Project Management Certification and a BS in Business Information Systems from UC Irvine and the University of Phoenix, respectively, along with a Master Black Belt in LEAN/Six Sigma.
