Chinky Carlos-Ward

Chinky Carlos-Ward is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience, primarily in healthcare technology and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Planning & Control at City of Hope since May 2013, Chinky oversees a ~$50M IT Capital budget, ensuring project alignment with strategic goals and facilitating project management process improvements. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Lead IT Business Operations Analyst at City of Hope, where responsibilities encompassed managing large-scale projects such as the $185M Epic Implementation and tracking substantial capital budgets. Prior to City of Hope, experience at Accenture included various managerial positions related to testing and technical architecture within the Health Technology Services Practice. Chinky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of the Philippines.
