Connor Hooper

Connor Hooper, CFRE, is a seasoned fundraising professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Development at City of Hope since August 2021. Previously, at the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen), Connor excelled in major gift fundraising for the Brain Tumor Research Unit and revitalized the TGen Women’s Philanthropy Council, enhancing member engagement and contributions. At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Connor held roles as Director and Assistant Director of Development, successfully securing over $3 million in gifts and partnering with medical leadership for prospect cultivation. Earlier experience includes positions as Associate Consultant and Philanthropy Analyst at Health Giving, where Connor developed fundraising strategies and conducted campaign feasibility studies. Connor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Non-Profit Management from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University.
