Czarina Ofalla Yumul

Czarina Ofalla Yumul is an IT Program Director at City of Hope since March 2020, responsible for overseeing the IT Applications and Infrastructure implementation for key projects including the Orange County Cancer Center & Hospital and the merger with Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Prior to this role, Yumul served as an IT Project Manager at Hoag Hospital, managing several clinical ancillary applications projects, and held various leadership positions at UCLA Health, focusing on outpatient ambulatory systems and pharmacy applications. Yumul's career began at Kaiser Permanente, where a series of roles culminated in the Assistant Director position in the Department of Population Care Management. Yumul holds degrees from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and UCLA.
