Finly Zachariah, MD FAAFP FAAHPM FAMIA, currently serves as the Associate Chief Medical Information Officer and Associate Clinical Professor in the Division of Supportive Medicine at City of Hope, where additional roles include Medical Director of Informatics & Value-based Supportive Care and ConnectHope Clinical Adoption Lead. Prior experience includes a Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Kaiser Permanente and serving as Chief Resident in Family Medicine with an emphasis on Tropical Medicine at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital. Finly Zachariah graduated with an MD from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and holds a B.S. in Cell, Molecular, and Developmental Biology with a minor in Philosophy from the University of California, Riverside. Further education includes completion of the AMIA 10x10 Introduction to Biomedical Informatics course at Oregon Health & Science University.
