Sheryl McKenna

Sheryl McKenna serves as the Executive Director of Organization Design & Development at City of Hope since May 2023, where responsibilities include leading organizational development practices to enhance workplace effectiveness. With extensive experience in the healthcare industry, Sheryl previously held the position of Executive Director for Talent, Experience & Development at Providence, overseeing a team focused on organizational strategy and talent management for a large healthcare system. Prior roles include leading organizational effectiveness at Raytheon and Northrop Grumman, and serving as HR Director at Keenan & Associates, where Sheryl established leadership development programs. Educational credentials include an M.S. in Human Resources Design from Claremont Graduate University, a B.A. in Law & Society from UC Santa Barbara, and multiple certificates from USC Marshall School of Business in Organization Design and Human Capital.
