Jayson Rivera

Jayson Rivera is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in emergency services and technical support. Currently serving as a Firefighter EMT for the City of Hopewell since July 2021, Jayson has demonstrated commitment to community safety. Previously, Jayson worked as a Probationary Fire Fighter/Medic for the City of Fredericksburg Fire Department and has extensive experience in technical roles at HCA IT&S, including positions as a Technical Analyst and Service Desk Analyst. Additionally, Jayson has over 15 years of experience in event management as a Supervisor at RMC Events Inc., supporting thousands of events annually. Jayson’s career began at Southern States Cooperative as an IS Support Coordinator and included a role as Call Center Supervisor at Eagle Tele Services. Jayson holds a degree in Computer Technical Support from Anthem Institute-Jersey City and has further education from Community College Work Force Alliance and Hudson County Community College.
