Brad Schilling

Brad Schilling is an Engineering Manager at Sightline Commercial Solutions since April 2014. Brad leads a team of engineers in researching and developing life safety fall protection for large projects, from concept development to final field installation drawings. Brad also works as a Firefighter/EMT at the City of Hopkins since July 2021, demonstrating a strong dedication to public safety. Prior to these roles, Brad was a Mechanic/Technician at Gilomen Innovations, where Brad analyzed products, performed repairs, and led project construction. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, graduating in 2013.
