Jeff Koska

Jeff Koska currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Horseshoe Bay, Texas, a position held since October 2008, where responsibilities encompass overseeing various municipal services, including water and wastewater treatment, capital improvement projects, and community services. Previously, Jeff held leadership roles as the General Manager of Kingsland Municipal Utility District and Utilities Manager for Lake LBJ Municipal Utilities District, as well as Water, Wastewater and Environmental Superintendent for the City of College Station. Jeff began a career in the water industry as a Water System Operator at Trinity River Authority of Texas and also worked as a Territorial Sales Representative for McDaniel Controls of Texas. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and International Business from Sam Houston State University.
