Julie O'Connell

Julie O'Connell has had a successful career in Human Resources, with significant experience as a Human Resources Director. Julie started their HR Director journey at the City of College Station in December 1989 and worked there until April 2008. Following this, they served as the Human Resources Director for the City of New Braunfels, TX, from April 2008 to January 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at the City of Huntsville, Texas, starting in January 2014.

Julie O'Connell completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Mary's University. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Texas A&M University from 1988 to 1989.
