Winnie-Grace Growe E.i.t.

Winnie-Grace Growe, E.I.T. is a Graduate Engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering, currently employed by the City of Huntsville, Texas since January 2023. Previously, Winnie-Grace worked for the City of Houston from March 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, project management, and engineering documentation assessment. Earlier experience includes a role as a Maintenance Technician at A-1 Personnel Inc. and as an Engineering Intern for the Harris County Flood Control District, where skills in interpreting construction plans and organizing project databases were developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by an Associate’s Degree in Science from Houston Community College and a high school diploma from East Early College High School.
