Richard D. Martinez is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Information Technology Security Administrator for the City of Hutto since February 2023, Richard specializes in identity management through Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, as well as utilizing Powershell scripts for automation and enhancing cybersecurity practices. Previously, Richard was the Information Technology Administrator for the City of Buda, where hyper-converged infrastructure was engineered from inception. Prior roles include Systems Administrator and contract work as a Systems Administrator for the City of Hutto, providing critical support and management of VMware infrastructure and enterprise storage devices.
