John Radford serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership, Inc. since April 2023. In addition, John has been a member of the Economic Advisory Council for the Idaho Department of Commerce since November 2022, providing insights on tax credits and incentive packages. John holds the position of Technical Account Manager at Accendero Software, Inc. and has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Brigham Young University - Idaho since January 2018. John is also involved with the American Public Power Association's Policy Makers Council, influencing policy and lobbying with Congress. Since January 2016, John has represented the City of Idaho Falls as a City Council Member. Prior to these roles, John spent over 27 years at Barnes & Noble, Inc., progressing from Bookseller to General Manager, overseeing a team of up to 80 staff members. John Radford earned an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Idaho State University and a degree in Political Science from the same institution, complemented by earlier education at Brigham Young University.
