Spencer Steel

Spencer Steel serves as a Security Supervisor at HCA - Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center since April 2008, overseeing uniformed off-duty police officers and coordinating workplace violence and deescalation training for hundreds of employees. Concurrently, Spencer has held the position of Senior Police Officer with the City of Idaho Falls since April 2007, where experiences in law enforcement have enhanced understanding of corporate safety concerns and leadership skills. Previously, from 2002 to 2007, Spencer worked as a Deputy at Bonneville County Sheriff's Office, where responsibilities included serving as a driving instructor and working in the uniform division. Spencer holds a BA in Spanish from Utah State University and an Associate's degree in Spanish from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
