Natalie van Dongen currently serves as the Deputy Director of Policy and Planning for the Indianapolis Department of Public Works, a position held since September 2017, while previously holding roles such as Council Liaison and Mayor's Neighborhood Advocate, which involves facilitating connections between residents and city services in Washington and Lawrence Township.
