Damitri B.

Damitri B. is a highly experienced librarian with a focus on children's services and community engagement. Currently serving as a Children's Librarian for the City of Inglewood since February 2020, Damitri B. supervises part-time staff, implements library programs, and establishes partnerships with local schools and businesses. Previously, as an Information Services Librarian at LA County Library, responsibilities included co-developing an adult literacy pilot program and conducting extensive training for adult education. With over two decades of experience at the City of Orange Public Library, achievements include increasing attendance at teen programs and enhancing outreach efforts. Damitri B. holds a Master of Arts in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University.
