Dionne Young Faulk

Dionne Young Faulk is an experienced public servant currently serving as the Inglewood City Councilwoman since November 2020, where responsibilities include enacting ordinances, overseeing elections, and managing public improvements. Faulk has been a Board Member for the California State Employees Association since December 2013 and has served as an Assembly Delegate for the 62nd Assembly District since January 2013, representing the district in the Democratic State Convention. Previously, Faulk was an elected official for the Inglewood Unified School District from April 2017 to November 2020, managing a substantial budget and overseeing nearly 10,000 K-12 students. Additionally, Faulk has held management positions within the State of California and served as Chair of the Advisory Commission for the Department of Consumer Affairs under the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors between November 2007 and January 2014. Faulk holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
