Leonard Redway

Leonard Redway is an experienced professional with a diverse background in facilities management, construction, and development. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at the Japanese American National Museum since September 2018 and a Commissioner on the Construction Appeals Board for the City of Inglewood since June 2023, Leonard has a robust understanding of both operational and regulatory aspects in construction. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at 5RB, INC., where responsibilities encompassed managing multi-family housing projects, and General Manager at LR Services Plumbing, along with early experience as a Service Technician at Arr Air Conditioning. Leonard's educational credentials include a Journeyman Plumber degree from Southern California Pipe Trades, further studies from University of Southern California, UCLA, and USC Marshall School of Business, culminating in a focus on Executive Leadership.
