William Charles

William Charles has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Police Sergeant and Watch Commander for the City of Inglewood since August 2007, where responsibilities include revising the police department's policy manual. Prior to this role, William Charles worked as a Police Officer for the City of Hermosa Beach from January 1994 to August 2007, fulfilling various positions such as Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Defensive Tactics Instructor, Community Lead Officer, Detective, Watch Commander, ERT, and TRAP Detective. William Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from National University, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
