Terry Burger

Terry Burger possesses extensive experience in guest services and administrative roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Guest Services Specialist at the City of Inver Grove Heights since September 2017, Terry has previously held positions at Transport America as a Processor, and at Penton Media's Ag Division as a Digital Client Support Coordinator, where responsibilities included customer correspondence and event planning. Additional experience includes roles at Ricoh Americas Corporation as a Dispatcher/Analyst and Scheduling Analyst, as well as at IKON Office Solutions as a Scheduler/Analyst, focusing on order fulfillment and inventory management. Terry holds a diploma in sales and marketing from Dakota County Technical College, a diploma in general education from Simley High School, and a degree in Medical Assistant from Globe College of Business.
