Christian Beltran

Christian Beltran has a diverse range of work experience. In 2017, they worked as a Store Associate Level 5 at In-N-Out Burger, where they focused on providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. From 2017 onwards, Christian also worked for the City of Irvine as a Community Services Leader III, leading and organizing various activities for after-school care programs, recreation classes, and summer camps. In 2020, they joined the UCLA Anderson School of Management as a Departmental Honors Student Researcher and Research Assistant, collaborating with faculty and Ph.D. students on projects related to behavioral decision-making and marketing. In 2021, Christian worked as a Crew Member at Trader Joe's. Recently, in 2022, they became an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Empathy and Emotion Lab at the University of California, San Diego's Rady School of Management, assisting in research projects led by Christopher Oveis.

Christian Beltran obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, which they attended from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they studied Psychology and Social Behaviors at Irvine Valley College from 2018 to 2020, with a focus on Social Psychology.
