Jaimie Wu

Community Services Leader III at City of Irvine

Jaimie Wu has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Jaimie began their career as an Orientation Program Assistant at UC Davis Student Housing in 2012 and then served as an Orientation Desk Assistant in 2013. Later that year, they worked as a Building Manager at UC Davis Campus Recreation and Unions.

In 2015, Jaimie took on various roles at Waymakers, including as an Intern, Health Educator, Program Coordinator, and Program Supervisor. They also worked as a Tutor at MeriEducation during this time.

In 2020, Jaimie became a Project and Administrative Specialist at the COUNTY OF ORANGE HEALTH CARE AGENCY, where they worked until November 2022. Following that, Jaimie joined the City of Irvine as a Community Services Leader III.

In November 2022, Jaimie joined the County of Orange as an Agenda Staff Report Manager. Throughout their career, Jaimie has gained valuable experience in project management, administration, leadership, and community services.

Jaimie Wu pursued higher education beginning in 2010 at the University of California, Davis, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Biology with a minor in Art History in 2014. Afterward, they enrolled at Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics, in 2017 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2020.
