Chris Bryan is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in public safety and communications. Currently serving as the Public Safety IT Manager at the City of Irving since March 2015, Chris has successfully led initiatives to modernize critical police and fire management systems, as well as oversee IT customer service operations. Previous roles include IT Planning and Support Manager, where Chris played a significant role in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic by implementing remote work systems and enhancing virtual meeting capabilities for municipal governance. Chris also brings a strong background in software administration and strategic communications, having held various roles in public relations and as a technology trainer. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Arlington, along with an Associate of Arts from Tarrant County College.
