Carmen Chamberlin

Carmen Chamberlin is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in recruitment and marketing. Currently serving as the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator for the City of Issaquah since June 2022, Carmen previously worked as a Marketing Specialist at Pro-Pacific from January 2017 to April 2022 and held the position of Recruiting and Staffing Manager at Almond & Associates from August 2005 to December 2016. Carmen earned a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies with minors in Communication and Political Science from Western Washington University, completing the program in 2005, and is a graduate of Redmond High School.
