Alvin Bond

Alvin Bond is an experienced IT professional currently serving as PC/Network Technician II with the City of Jackson, TN since December 2015. Previously, Alvin held the position of Computer Support Specialist at West Tennessee Healthcare from October 2006 to November 2015, where responsibilities included assisting clinical staff with hardware and software issues, providing troubleshooting support, and managing desktop and network problems. Alvin holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Information Technology from The University of Memphis and an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Jackson State Community College.
