Jamie Blankenship

Jamie Blankenship has extensive law enforcement experience, serving as a Lieutenant at the City of Jackson and the Jackson Police Department since September 1979. In this role, Jamie has fulfilled responsibilities as the Patrol Division Shift Commander, participated in the Hostage Negotiation Team, and contributed to the Debriefer/Peer Support Team. Jamie has also worked part-time as a Loss Prevention Officer at Goldsmiths and J.C. Penney from 1993 to 1994, focusing on the identification and apprehension of shoplifters. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Bethel University (2011-2013) and training at the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy in 1984.
