Duston Scott

Duston Scott is an experienced finance and administration professional with expertise in payroll, benefits, and pension plan management. Currently serving as the Payroll/Benefits Administrator and Pension Plan Administrator for the City of Jacksonville Beach since September 2016, Duston oversees three pension plans and manages employee benefit programs. Prior experience includes roles as Utilities Accountant at Beaches Energy Services, Finance Director at Bartow Municipal Airport Development Authority, and Staff Auditor at Purvis, Gray and Company, where significant auditing and compliance expertise was developed. Duston's career began in the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician, where technical skills and leadership were honed. Duston holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Tech University.
