Penny Christian

Penny Christian has extensive experience in local government, serving on the City Council of Jacksonville Beach since January 2009, with prior experience on the council from 2004 to 2008. Penny Christian holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University.
