Alexander Ciprian

Alexander Ciprian currently serves as the Radio Communications Manager and IT Contract Administrator for the City of Jacksonville, a position held since March 2018. With military experience as a Leading Petty Officer in the US Navy Reserve since June 2011, Alexander has successfully supervised teams on multiple high-value projects, totaling $2.7 million. Prior experiences include roles as a Software Engineer at IBM, where expertise in DevOps and Agile methodologies was applied, and as a Contracts Officer for Miami-Dade County, showcasing skills in budget preparation and complex problem-solving. Additionally, Alexander managed contracts for the State of Florida overseeing a $30 million budget and held a property management position at HA Bloomingdale Woods. Alexander holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Information Technology (Software Design) and Criminal Justice from Florida International University.
