Chester Aikens

Chester Aikens, MBA, currently serves as the Special Projects Manager at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority since July 2023. Prior to this role, Chester held the position of Executive Council Aide for the City of Jacksonville (December 2018 - June 2023), where responsibilities included serving as a liaison between the Council Member and city departments, conducting legislative research, and facilitating community meetings. Chester's experience also includes being a Leadership Teacher at the Young Men's Leadership Academy (August 2015 - December 2018) and an Administrative Aide in the Office of Mayor Alvin Brown (July 2014 - July 2015). Earlier in the career, Chester was the Director of Operations at Chester A. Aikens DDS (January 2007 - December 2013). Chester Aikens holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida and a B.S. in Business Management from Florida State University.
