Jessica P. Fields

Jessica P. Fields holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Florida International University. Currently serving as the Principal Management and Budget Analyst for the City of Jacksonville since August 2016, Jessica oversees Management & Budget Analysts and contributes to the development and analysis of the city's annual budget. Previous roles within the City of Jacksonville include Senior and Management & Budget Analyst, as well as Records Specialist for the Police and Fire Pension Fund. Jessica’s extensive experience also encompasses legal and administrative positions in law firms, where responsibilities included case management, client service, and database management.
