Lurise Bannister

Lurise Bannister is an accomplished transportation planning professional with extensive experience in municipal planning and project management. Since March 2005, Lurise has served as the Transportation Planning Services Manager for the City of Jacksonville, overseeing strategic planning, mobility policy implementation, and staff development for one of Florida's largest municipalities. Previous roles include Senior City Planner, Planner at The LPA Group, Parsons Corporation, and RS&H, where Lurise contributed to airport master plans, mobility assessments, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Lurise holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aviation Management and Operations from the Florida Institute of Technology, earned in 1997.
