Magnus Wallen

Magnus Wallen is a Safety Manager at the City of Jacksonville, with previous experience as a Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager at Accent Controls, Inc. and URS Corporation. Magnus developed and administered safety programs focusing on environmental, occupational, and radiological exposure. With a strong background in mechanics, including roles as a Lead Mechanic and Shop Supervisor in various organizations, Magnus has expertise in overseeing maintenance and repair operations. Magnus served in the United States Marine Corps as Division Chief, managing a team of mechanics, and has extensive training in safety and health with certifications from OSHA and other institutions. Magnus holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University.
