Elyse Gibbs

Elyse Gibbs has a wealth of experience in managing off-duty employment for the Jersey City Police Department, overseeing payroll, vendor billing, and officer job scheduling for hundreds of law enforcement officers. Elyse also administers grant funding for the department and has a background in international banking from their time at Wachovia Bank NA (previously First Union).
