From 1998 to 2002, Janet attended Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business and earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Building upon that, they went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration degree with an Executive Development Emphasis at Drake University from 2010 to 2013. Most recently, from 2022 to 2023, they are attending Texas Christian University to become a Certified Public Communicator.
