David Hale is an experienced Principal Electrical Project Engineer who has worked for various companies such as City of Joondalup, Mondoloce, and Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council. David has a strong background in street lighting design and technical services, with qualifications in Electrical installation and Engineering operations. David also has experience in admin assistance and production line work. David holds a HND in Engineering from the University of Wales Newport and a Diploma in Lighting Design from the Institution of Lighting Professionals. Currently, David is involved in surf rescue activities at Mullaloo Surf Life Saving.
