Justin Blair is an experienced landscape architect with a diverse professional background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Landscape Architect and Project Officer at the City of Joondalup since June 2020, Justin has previously held significant roles such as Parks Technical Officer at the City of Belmont WA and Contract Landscape Architect at the City of Melville. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Landscape Architect at Emerge Associates and Urbis, as well as roles at UDLA and EPCAD. Justin earned a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from The University of Western Australia between 2004 and 2006.
