Luke Willcock is an accomplished economic development professional with extensive experience in managing and leading initiatives across various municipalities in Western Australia. Currently serving as the Manager of Economic Development and Advocacy at the City of Joondalup since February 2022, Luke previously held similar leadership roles at the City of Belmont WA and the City of Subiaco, focusing on community development, strategic planning, and commercial services. With a robust background in property and asset management during their tenure at LandCorp and the Department of Treasury WA, Luke has demonstrated significant achievements in project management and revenue growth. Luke holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Science from Charles Darwin University.
