Michael Eyre has had a successful career in the airline and customer service industry for over three decades. Eyre is currently the Customer Care Improvement Analyst at the City of Joondalup, where Michael is responsible for departmental and organisational customer experience improvement. Eyre also has experience as the Chair and Founder of the WA Local Government Customer Service Network, which has grown to over 40 local governments in Western Australia. Eyre's previous roles include Customer Experience Coordinator at Gold Corporation - The Perth Mint, Director at Red-e-jet, Corporate Sales Manager at Virgin Australia, and various roles at Ansett Australia Pty Ltd.
