Larissa Costa

Larissa Costa currently serves as the Housing & Homelessness Coordinator for the City of Kamloops, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Larissa was the Program Manager at Thompson Community Services Inc from January 2023 to October 2025. Additional experience includes a position as a Support Coordinator for the SWSE Program at the YMCA of Greater Toronto in 2022, and as a Resource Development Assistant with United Way BC in 2021. Larissa also worked with the Canadian Red Cross as both an Emergency Response Team Responder and Emergency Care Worker in 2021. Larissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Studies from Thompson Rivers University, completed in December 2022.
