Julie Long

Julie Long, NCCP, is an experienced administrative and paralegal professional with a robust background in municipal government and legal support. Currently serving as the Administrative Assistant to the City Attorney for the City of Kannapolis since March 2023, Long previously held the position of Senior Administrative Assistant with the City of Albemarle from June 2009 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing a six million dollar budget, overseeing departmental expenditures, and maintaining personnel records. Long's earlier experience encompasses roles as a paralegal at Doran Shelby Pethel and Hudson, PA, and as a legal assistant at Wallace and Graham, providing extensive support in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury cases.
