LaToya Black has been a Talent Acquisition Manager for the City of Kansas City, MO since May 2005, focusing on staffing needs and talent planning. LaToya possesses extensive experience in human resources, having served as a Senior Human Resources Specialist and HR Social Media Coordinator, where responsibilities included leading PeopleSoft functionalities and developing a database for tracking pre-employment results.
