Keith Ramsey

Keith Ramsey is an experienced wastewater department professional currently serving as the Senior Lead Operator for the City of Katy since April 2014. Possessing a Class B wastewater operator license, a Class D water operator license, and a herbicide applicator license, Keith demonstrates extensive expertise in wastewater operations. Prior to this role, Keith held the position of Utility Worker III for the Town of Normal, Illinois, from May 2006 to March 2014, showcasing strong proficiency in water distribution system maintenance.
