Mario Hernandez

Mario Hernandez has extensive experience in facilities coordination and maintenance, currently serving as Facilities Coordinator at the City of Katy since May 2019, after previously holding the position of Maintenance Worker. Prior roles include Customer Service Representative at PFS Group from April 2017 to May 2019 and various positions at Reliant Energy from 2010 to October 2016, where responsibilities included research analysis and customer consulting with a strong emphasis on customer service, target acquisitions, and retention strategies. Mario holds degrees from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado (1997-2001) and Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas'​ (1994-1997).
