Rory A. Robertson

Rory Robertson was elected on November 3, 2020, as a Ward B Councilmember. He grew up in Katy, Texas, and has been employed in the financial industry and with Katy Independent School District for many years.

Councilmember Robertson is passionate about community involvement in his hometown and is a member of the Katy Heritage Society. He is an advocate for various local organizations, a former Katy Tiger and college athlete, and is active in coaching youth sports. Councilmember Robertson has served as a Volunteer Board Member in Katy Youth Football organization for many years where he has been instrumental in the growth of the program and mentored countless students in the community.
