City of Keizer
Kaileigh Westermann serves as the Senior Environmental Program Coordinator for the City of Keizer since December 2019, where responsibilities include facilitating innovative solutions for regional stormwater and materials management. As the Founder of the Salem Cloth Project since June 2019, Kaileigh provides free cloth diapers and resources to families in need, thereby alleviating financial burdens. Previously, from June 2017 to 2019, Kaileigh worked as an Environmental Specialist for Marion County Oregon, focusing on water quality regulations and pollution reduction. Earlier experiences include roles as Lead Coordinator for Open Streets Salem, Board Member for Salem Environmental Education, and various positions at the Port of Portland, where initiatives related to waste minimization were led. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree from Portland State University and a Bachelor's Degree from Willamette University.
