Heath Mellotte

Heath Mellotte is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as the Design Services Manager for the City of Kennewick since November 2017. Previously, Heath held the role of Construction Manager at MacKay Sposito, Inc. from June 2010 to October 2017, where project execution was emphasized to ensure adherence to client specifications. Earlier in the career, Heath served as City Engineer for West Richland from May 2003 to June 2010. Heath earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, completing studies between 1986 and 1991.
