Jennifer Harper

Jennifer Harper has extensive experience in financial strategy, project development, and community service. Since April 2008, Jennifer has held various roles at Energy Northwest, currently serving as Financial Strategy & Risk Supervisor and previously as Project Developer. Additionally, Jennifer has been a Historic Preservation Commissioner for the City of Kennewick since June 2021. As a self-employed freelance writer since 1990, Jennifer is also recognized as an author. Previously, Jennifer served as Board President for DRIVE ELECTRIC WASHINGTON from February 2021 to November 2022 and as Alumni Director for Leadership Tri-Cities from June 2018 to July 2022. Jennifer owned and managed Beat Cafe from May 2006 to April 2008 and worked as a Records Specialist for Benton County Washington from August 1990 to March 2006. Jennifer holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Media Studies and Journalism and Mass Communications from Ashford University.
