Tracy Troutman has extensive experience in information technology management and leadership, currently serving as the BIPIN Implementation Administrator for the City of Kennewick since October 2022. Previous roles include Interim I.T. Manager and I.T. Application Supervisor at the City of Richland, where Tracy worked from February 2022 until September 2022 and from April 2013 until September 2022, respectively. Tracy also served as a Business Analyst at the City of Richland from November 2011 to April 2013 and spent nearly two decades at Nordstrom as a Project Manager from August 1991 to May 2010.
