Phung Huynh

Phung Huynh is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and operations management, currently serving as the Business and Operations Manager for Parks, Recreation, and Community Services at the City of Kent, Washington since March 2013. Previous roles in Huynh's career include Accounting Manager and Project Accountant within the same department, focusing on financial reporting and budget management. Prior to this, Huynh worked as a Lead Financial Analyst for the City of Federal Way, overseeing financial reporting, grant management, and collaboration with various city departments. Earlier experience at the Washington State Auditor's Office involved conducting financial audits and performance evaluations. Huynh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Highline College.
